Aircraft Maintenance Technician Training Program

This aircraft maintenance technician programme is delivered using innovative and hands-on learning techniques. Upon completion, the candidates will be offered a guaranteed job placement with ST Engineering Aerospace, Singapore.

Selection

The registration process includes pre-screening and an interview by ALS, followed by an interview session with ST Engineering Aerospace, an HR briefing, and documentation.

Training

The 7-month training at ALS's UniCAM Dengkil facility includes theory, practical components, accommodation, and a monthly training allowance paid during the job in Singapore.

On-the-job Training

The 9-month on-the-job training in Singapore includes a monthly allowance, with accommodation provided or an accommodation allowance given.

Employment

The 4-year job placement at ST Engineering Aerospace in Singapore offers a salary, yearly increments, and company and performance bonuses.

Programme Details

Course Requirements

Min age of 17 years old and above
Able to speake, write, read and understand English
Not colour blind. Physically and Mentally fit.
SPM forecast result are accepted

Career Path

Within 7 months:
Training: Completion of all theoretical and practical elements. A certificate of completion will be issued.
Within 9 months
OJT: Learning & Collecting working experience as a trainee with ST Engineering Aerospace
Upon 9 Months OJT
Job: A guaranteed job as an aircraft technician with wages in ST Aerospace Engineering
